Abstract

This article provides a comprehensive analysis of the historical evolution of Azerbaijani national ornaments, focusing on their semantic meanings and aesthetic characteristics. It also examines various methods of integrating these traditional motifs into modern clothing design and identifies key challenges associated with this process. The research demonstrates that the synthesis of national ornamentation with contemporary fashion not only preserves cultural heritage but also contributes to the development of innovative and sustainable design solutions in the global fashion industry.
