Abstract
Сельское население сталкивается с множеством проблем в доступе к качественной медицинской помощи, особенно в области кардиологии. Сердечно-сосудистые заболевания (ССЗ) занимают ведущие позиции среди причин смертности и инвалидизации, и их распространенность в сельских районах продолжает расти.
